Anyone else feel like that there's one too many 3D artists here transitioning to AI art? I mean, not to offend their decision to do so, but I feel like there has been an influx of 3D artists quickly switching to AI-generated art now that DeviantArt has opened their welcoming arms to the AI craze. It's just that I find it a bit disappointing that some of the 3D artists I follow are now switching to a new AI-generating technique, probably because of its simplicity and convenience. And yet, I feel that it might be super impactful to the 3D art community here on this website, most likely for the worse. For example, not too long ago, I saw that a 3D artist had edited their entire gallery with a protest picture in response to DeviantArt announcing their own AI art generator, and they haven't returned back ever since. Another example is that I saw a 3D artist struggling to post their art here on this website, but they wound up decided to quit and delete all their stuff on their gallery, but not all of it, as it was later replaced by PDF files of their past comics. I won't say any names, but I'm sure some of you know whom I'm talking about.
Anyway, that's all I want to put out on this website and its current impact on the 3D art community. Also, this feels like a long time writing a new journal here on DeviantArt, probably because I don't use this website for my personal thoughts.
